When booking a WORLDHOTELS property, you and your travel agency can receive a 10% commission from almost all our hotels. Commission details for each hotel and rate are given in every rate description.

 

We want the commission process to be as simple for you as possible. That's why WORLDHOTELS provides an easy, reliable, and transparent system regardless of the channel in which the commissionable rates are booked – GDSs, Global Call Centre or via the WORLDHOTELS website. You can review the current status of your payments online at anytime. Please register for free report access on www.tacsnet.com.

 

Consolidated payments are made either by cheque or bank transfer, usually issued in local currencies and from a national bank to minimize any bank charges. If your currency is not available, the payment will be issued in US dollars or you may select from a range of 40 currencies available. With each payment that you receive, a detailed statement will be included, listing all reservations booked with a departure date in the previous month. And with our bimonthly payment cycle, you can be confident your commissions will be processed in a timely manner.

WORLDHOTELS Commission Tracking Number

Our Central Reservation System can assign your commissions based on your IATA or TIDS number. If you do not have either number you can apply for a WORLDHOTELS Commission Tracking Number that will enable us to process your commission properly and promptly. Simply contact customer-services@worldhotels.com.

 

If your agency is part of a group that prefers to receive centralised commission cheques, we are able to arrange that as well. Simply provide us with all necessary IATA or TIDS numbers, plus the complete address of the centralised office that should receive the cheques.
